Privacy Policy

The data controller is Justas Jankauskas, individual activity (individuali veikla), Klaipėda, Lithuania. Contact: support@setmock.com.

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password — or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account email and name. To let you log in and contact you about your account.
• Your files and settings: the mockups and designs you upload, your templates and their settings, and the recipe of each batch you download (which designs, templates and settings — not the images themselves), kept for 90 days so you can download it again. To provide the service you asked for.
• Usage and plan: how many images you've made this month and which plan you're on. To apply plan limits.
• Payments: handled entirely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see your card details; Paddle tells us your plan, subscription status and country.
• Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept briefly for security and to fix problems.

The legal basis is the contract with you (to run your account and the service), our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, and legal obligations (for example tax records kept by Paddle).

Images are rendered on your own device. To make the app fast, your browser keeps a temporary copy of files you've opened (up to about 1 GB, cleared when you log out) and a few preferences such as “don't ask again”. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies — only the cookie that keeps you logged in.

Only the providers that run Setmock for us, each bound by a data processing agreement:

• Supabase — database, file storage and login (servers in the European Union);
• Vercel — hosting of the website;
• Paddle — checkout, payments, invoices and tax;
• Google — only if you choose “Continue with Google”;
• Etsy — only if you connect your shop: we read your draft listings and add the photos you send. The connection is stored in your browser and you can disconnect anytime.

Where a provider handles data outside the EU, it does so under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We never sell your data, and we don't use your files to train AI models.

• Your files, templates and settings — for as long as your account exists.
• Download history — 90 days per entry.
• After you delete your account — everything is deleted within 30 days, except what the law requires us (or Paddle) to keep, such as invoices.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. You can already download your original files from your library at any time. For anything else, email support@setmock.com — we reply within 30 days.

If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or the authority in your own country.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it applies.
