Terms of Service

Setmock is provided by Justas Jankauskas, individual activity (individuali veikla) (registration [individual activity certificate no.]), Klaipėda, Lithuania — “we” in these terms. Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payments, invoices and sales tax.

Setmock lets you save mockup templates (your mockup images and where a design goes on each) and place your designs on them to produce listing photos and, on some plans, short listing videos. Images are rendered in your browser; your templates, uploaded files and download history are stored in your account.

We keep improving Setmock, so features may change. We won't remove a core feature of a paid plan during a period you've already paid for.

• You need an account to use the app. Keep your password safe — you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give an email address you can receive mail at.
• One person per account. Don't share logins or resell access.

• The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (see Pricing) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Each plan has limits — for example templates, images per month and designs per batch. Monthly image allowances reset on the 1st of each month and don't carry over.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free; your templates stay.
• If we change a price, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your designs, mockups and the images you make stay yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you — to store, process and show your files to you. We don't use your files for anything else, don't sell them and don't use them to train AI models.

You must have the right to use what you upload. Many mockups sold online (including free ones) come with a licence that limits how the finished images may be used. Check the licence of every mockup and design you upload; you're responsible for how you use the results.

Don't use Setmock to:

• upload or create content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is sexually explicit involving minors, hateful or violent;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around plan limits;
• send spam or malware.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

If you connect an Etsy shop, Setmock uses the Etsy API only to read your listings and add the photos and videos you choose to send. We never remove anything from your listings, and you can disconnect at any time. Your use of Etsy stays subject to Etsy's own terms.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

This application is solely provided by Justas Jankauskas. Etsy, Inc. and its affiliates make no warranties about this application, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement, and have no liability for it.

We aim to keep Setmock available and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of your original files — you can download them from your library at any time.

Setmock is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

You can stop using Setmock and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After an account is closed, we delete its files as described in the Privacy Policy.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of your country and may use your local courts.
