Photo sizes and export settings

By default every photo is the same size as your mockup — a 3000 × 3000 mockup gives a 3000 × 3000 photo. Setmock never upscales.

• Format: JPG — much smaller files than PNG, same look for photos.
• Size: 2000 px on the longest side is plenty for Etsy's zoom and keeps uploads fast.
• Use PNG only when you need transparency.

Each template can have its own settings: open the template and click Export settings, or click Edit next to Export on the Batch page. Settings → Default export settings applies to every template that doesn't have its own.

Files are named design_01_mockup.jpg — your design's name, the mockup's position in the template, and the mockup's name — and zipped into folders when you batch several designs or templates.
